Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Handy Online. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Handy Online regarding your use of our website and mobile application. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service.

Use of Our Service

By using Handy Online, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain the security of your password and account
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
Not use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.

Booking and Payment

When you book a service through Handy Online:

You agree to pay the price displayed at the time of booking
All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
Payment must be made through approved payment methods
You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount
Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy

Service Provider Relationship

Handy Online acts as a platform to connect customers with independent service providers. We are not an employer of service providers and do not directly provide home services. Service providers are independent contractors responsible for the quality and completion of services. While we verify and vet service providers, we do not guarantee the quality of services provided.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service: Full refund
Cancellations made 12-24 hours before the scheduled service: 50% refund
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled service: No refund
Service providers may also cancel bookings due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Handy Online, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Handy Online and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Handy Online operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
