By using this app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Who Can Use NextStar

You must be at least 13 years old
  If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian

2. Your Account

You are responsible for your account and everything that happens on it
  Keep your login details safe
  Do not use someone else’s account

3. Your Content (IMPORTANT)

You are fully responsible for everything you post, including

  Audio recordings
  Videos
  Live streams
  Comments

By posting content, you confirm that

  You own it OR
  You have permission to use it

4. Content Rules

You are NOT allowed to post

  Copyrighted content without permission
  Offensive, abusive, or illegal content
  Content that harms other people

If you break the rules

  First violation → content removed
  Second violation → permanent ban

5. Music & Recording Options

NextStar offers multiple ways to create content

  Covers
  You can sing over instrumentals
  These instrumentals are legally licensed by NextStar
  AI Instrumentals
  You can use instrumentals created by NextStar using AI
  These are original and do not belong to any artist

Important
  Even when using our instrumentals, you are responsible for your final content.

6. Live Streaming

You can go live and perform.

  While live

  You must follow all rules
  We may stop your stream if rules are broken
  Repeated violations may lead to a ban

7. License You Give Us

By posting content, you give NextStar permission to

  Display your content in the app
  Promote your content
  Share it within the platform

  This is a non-exclusive, worldwide, free license.

8. Moderation & Enforcement

NextStar may

  Remove any content at any time
  Suspend or ban accounts
  Limit visibility of content

  We do this to keep the platform safe.

9. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee

  Views
  Likes
  Followers
  Ranking in top charts

10. No Responsibility for User Content

NextStar is not responsible for

  What users upload
  Copyright violations made by users
  Disputes between users

  You use the app at your own risk.

11. Prohibited Behavior

You agree NOT to

  Use bots or fake engagement
  Try to manipulate rankings
  Harass or threaten other users
  Hack or disrupt the app

12. Account Termination

  We may suspend or permanently ban your account if you break these rules.

13. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms at any time.

  By continuing to use NextStar, you accept the updated terms.
